At Design By Si, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fashion pieces. If a size isn't right or you've changed your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
